Classic pancake recipe

To prepare a dish according to this recipe, you need to stock up on the following ingredients:

  • three hundred grams of milk;
  • flour - 300 gr.;
  • sugar – thirty grams;
  • eggs - two pcs.;
  • 60 gr. sl. oils;
  • baking powder – 11 g;
  • a touch of salt.

To ensure fluffy pancakes, remove milk, butter and eggs from the refrigerator in advance. It is important that they have time to warm up to room temperature.

  1. Break the eggs over a deep container and add granulated sugar. Beat everything with a whisk until a slight foam forms.

  2. Pour in milk, add butter (pre-melted and cooled). Mix everything.

  3. Add flour, which needs to be sifted in advance.

  4. Add salt and baking powder. Stir the dough until homogeneous. Leave for a couple of minutes. We expect bubbles to appear - this is a signal that the dough is ready. Then you can bake.

  5. Heat up the frying pan. We don’t lubricate it with anything.
  6. Pour in the dough - half a ladle. Place on medium heat so that the pancake does not burn. Bake until bubbles appear, then turn over to the other side with a spatula. We wait another minute - the damn thing is ready.

Pancakes can be served with honey, jam, condensed milk. The little one will be delighted with this delicacy.

Recipe: Beetroot pancakes

An interesting and colorful recipe for pancakes - thanks to the natural dye from beets, they turn out a bright red color. Your child will be delighted!

What will you need?

  • 1 kg wheat flour,
  • 8 egg yolks,
  • a piece of butter,
  • spoiled milk,
  • 8 beaten egg whites,
  • juice of 1 beet.

Sift the flour and mix with well-ground egg yolks. Add butter and sour milk to the dough, knead. Add the beaten egg whites at the very end and season with beetroot juice. Then fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan until an appetizing pancake crust appears.

  • chicken egg – 2 whole + 1 white;
  • 4 g salt;
  • 50 ml. vegetable oil;
  • 8 g. baking powder.

for filling for 7 pancakes:

  • 200 g fresh cottage cheese;
  • 20 g each of granulated sugar and butter;
  • 40 g. sour cream;
  • 1 yolk from a chicken egg.
  • If desired, you can add vanillin or raisins, pieces of fresh berries or fruits to the filling.
  • The cooking time for pancakes using two frying pans at the same time is less than 1 hour.
  • Yield: 20 pancakes (pan diameter 20 cm).

No eggs

To prepare you need to take:

  • two tbsp. milk;
  • flour - a glass;
  • four tbsp. l. rast. oils;
  • half tsp baking powder;
  • a little granulated sugar;
  • salt.

  4. Pour into a bowl. Add flour. Mix everything well. The dough should look even thicker than when making pancakes.

  5. Pour baking soda into a separate container. Pour boiling water into it. Foam will appear and the soda will hiss. Stir it with a spoon until completely dissolved.

  6. Pour boiling water and soda into the kefir mixture. You need to add until the mass acquires the type of condensed milk. Mix everything thoroughly. When kneading, bubbles form.
  7. Take vegetable oil, pour it into the dough, stir.

  8. Heat up the frying pan. Fill the ladle with dough. Pour the kefir mixture into the center of the pan, helping it spread over the entire surface.

  9. When the pancake is fried on one side, turn it over to the other.

  10. Decorate and serve to the child.

Now you know how to cook pancakes for children. As you can see, there is nothing complicated about this. You have the opportunity to diversify your baby’s menu and please your child with a new delicacy. Remember that pancakes can be sweet or not, with sweet and savory fillings. But you should not forget that fried foods are harmful to a child’s body, so sometimes it is better to replace pancakes, for example, with a steam omelet.

At what age can children be given pancakes?

Nutritionists believe that pancakes are a difficult dish for a child’s stomach. From the age of 2 you can begin to practice preparing children's dishes in the oven, and from the age of 3 - fried food. Since pancakes are still a fried dish, they can only be offered from 3 years of age.
